September WIPocalypse Post...finally

Hello All!!!  I know I have posted since I unveiled the SSP in May, but that does not mean that I have not been stitching.  I've actually been stitching quite a bit and have several finishes.

First, I finished the cat in the quilt.  The last I posted on Cat Cuddled in Quilt it looked like this:

And now it looks like this:

I still need to make it into a pillow but at least the stitching is done.  I swear, I didn't think I was ever going to finish this piece.

Then I stitched Ursula Michael's "Let's Do Coffee".  It was a super easy and quick stitch.  I'm pleased with the way it turned out.

After coffee, I stitched Ursula Michael's "Let's Do Tea"....twice! The pictures are a little blurry but I think you get the idea. Take one....

Take two....

Both of the teas are gifts for other people and I actually want it for myself....so, yes, I will be stitching it one more time.  However, not for a while.

Then to round out the Ursula Michael's trifecta I stitched "Let's Purr".  This is for me. :)  I left the heart shaped design that is in the pattern to the left of the cat off, I just preferred it that way.

Then I stitched the Lizzie Kate limited edition "Chicks"...twice.  One for me and one for my best friend from back home that picked the pattern up when she was visiting.  Now we will both have a cute pattern to remember each other by.  Again, the pictures are a little blurry and I don't know why they show up rotated but you get the idea.  These were super easy and fast to stitch up.

Take one...

And take two...

On September 1, 2013 I started my first Mirabilia.  I've stitched on others in Round Robins but this is one that I chose to have for myself.  Fittingly, it is September Sapphire Fairy.  Here is what she'll look like when finished.

Here is where I am so far.

If someone can explain to me why the pictures rotate when they are the way I want them in my directory, I would greatly appreciate it.  Please and thank you.

Last but certainly not least is Mishra, my HAED.  He is my focus piece with everything else in the last 6 weeks being just when I need to have a break.  When last he was seen, Mishra looked like this:

And now he looks like this!!!!

One page is completely done, I'm about halfway through a second and about a quarter through a third.  He's stitching up faster than I thought he would.  I think stitching my sister's wedding present may have something to do with that. :)

These are the projects that I've worked on the most consistently (and even finished) since finishing my sister's wedding present.  It's nice to have options and not shown here are work on I'll Get You/I'll Cut You, the Spring Sampler, the Spring Cross, Tranquility and Siberian Tigers.  I did put some stitches into each of these but not significantly.

Happy Stitching All!!!!
